Launch Champion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the successful launch and/or transfer of new manufacturing business into Company Hybrid operations.
- Acts as the Key Contact representative of the company from pre-launch/transfer phase to SOP with our Customers.
- Establishes, then leads the collaborative efforts of the supporting internal cross-functional Team.
- Routinely interacts with corresponding Customer launch/transfer team members ans Sub-contractors.
- Orversees the planning, execution and monitoring of programs, such as Project milestones and supporting activities/tools to assure satisfactory and timely completion of objectives.
- Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate and develop plans to overcome program risk.
- Successfully utilize the company “Transfer Sheet” process.
- Brings necessary resources to bear upon Program needs in a ost-conscious manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five or more years in a successful upper management position relating to similar Roles & Responsabilitie described herein.
- Previous “medium industry” manufacturing experience
- Proven leadership abilities and track record
- Exceptional communication skills
- B.A. degree preferably in a related field
- Written and oral bilingualism at ~85% level in ENG & SPN
- Working knowledge of Mexican environmental permits and processes (unique need)
Sueldo: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00 al mes
