As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving excellence and innovation within our supply chain operations. You will oversee and lead the supply planning process for complex and critical products, developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure proactive alignment with customer demand.
You will report directly to our Sr Material Mgmt Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Chihuahua location on an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the BA business. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree, business administration, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
- English advanced.
- 6+ years of experience in Demand Planning/Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
- Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
Proficient in Microsoft applications.

- Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.

- Lead the monthly planning cycle for all your sites and network planning ensuring finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.
- Partner with the SBG COE team as the SME for your business to drive standard processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning and ensure the full utilization of the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool within your business.
- Support and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.
- Support the development of the supply/inventory planning teams through training, coaching and mentoring to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.
- Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Executive meetings.
- Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio.
- Focus on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs.
