If hired, the candidate would undergo initial remote training under the instruction of our expert engineers, learning the technical skills necessary to advance their careers and providing Tier 1 helpdesk support. After that, you would be invited to our HQ offices in California for further training.
General responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users remotely via phone, web-based tools, and email.
- Handle initial inquiries by phone or email from customers
- Log call and email activity
- Manage help desk software or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and manage basic software, hardware, or network problems.
- Act as a liaison between end users and Tier 2 &3 support if necessary.
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance and support as needed.
- Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues.
- Other duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English skills. B2 level or higher.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills in Windows software, a plus.
- Experience using and troubleshooting common M365 issues, a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong self-study habits.
- Highly motivated and organized with an attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
- Ability to handle interactions professionally and respectfully.
Work Status:
- Full-time, remote position working from home
- Work schedule is from 8:00 - 17:00 PST, Monday to Friday
- Salary: 17,000 – 20,000 pesos per month (negotiable, depends on candidate’s qualifications)
