We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as: Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services, ITIL v3/v4.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management.
- Proven experience managing projects related to: Data Centers, Contact Centers, Security, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, IT, and Field Services.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile Scrum).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project.
- Knowledge of Cisco technologies.
- Experience using collaboration tools (WebEx, Teams, Google Meet).
- Personnel management experience.
- Strong ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency, capable of conducting business communications.
- Availability to travel and work weekends.
- Preferred: MBA, Business Intelligence, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, and project management certifications.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive Project Plans, including schedules, task assignments, budget management, resource allocation, and monitoring of the different project phases.
- Manage project execution using the methodology required by the client, as well as the corresponding technology tools (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Hybrid).
- Lead project sessions, including internal and external kickoff events, coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, logistical coordination, and serving as a key communication link between internal teams and clients.
- Execute strategic contract management and analysis, financial oversight, monitoring of cash flow (sold vs. invoiced), budget/cost/variance control, profit margin analysis, P&L management, billing cycle follow-up (timely and accurate), and collections monitoring. Manage contract modifications, extensions, renewals, and account growth in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
- Monitor revenue control and profitability for each assigned project, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial objectives, presenting reports to Senior Management (internal stakeholders), and maintaining complete project documentation.
- Participate in internal training initiatives related to the position, provide mentoring and coaching to direct reports, and contribute to the professional development plan led by Operations Management.
- Establish constant and direct interaction with clients (On-Premise) as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the client's core business objectives, while delivering high-quality services/products on time and facilitating transitions to internal support teams when Managed Services apply.
