We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape Wealth Management solutions on Microsoft Azure and guide delivery across Agile teams. You will translate business needs into Java/Spring/ReactJS architectures, validate approaches via Proof-of-Concept work, and partner with DevOps on CI/CD and cloud deployment—apply now.
Responsibilities

Design and implement Wealth Management solutions using Java, REACT JS hosted on MS Azure

Build Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions

Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for new product capabilities through to continuous delivery to production

Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to multiple teams building innovative applications

Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities and integrate business knowledge with technical solutions

Collaborate with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and alignment with Enterprise Architecture

Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership by impacting significant technical direction and driving change beyond the immediate team

Coordinate with project managers and other staff members to provide timelines for solutions

Assess and evaluate risk as required

Maintain awareness of industry trends and keep skills updated

Educate and train colleagues as requested

Partner with DevOps Engineers on CI/CD pipeline and cloud deployment on the Azure platform
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline

At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role

Proven history of producing innovative, effective solutions in real-world settings

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in a clear, digestible way

Proficiency in Java, Spring, and ReactJS with Cloud Native Azure Solution

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team

Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST web services using an API driven approach
