Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's day-to-day and long-term marketing efforts across multiple brands and business divisions.
This role is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Maintain brand standards across all company brands
- Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and guest communications
- Support strategic marketing initiatives for:

- Hospitality Services
- Real Estate Developments
- Assist with new development and community launches
- Support long-term growth and brand awareness initiatives
Website & Digital Marketing
- Manage company websites and landing pages
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and vendors
- Improve website conversion rates and booking funnels
- Monitor and optimize:
- Website speed
- User experience (UX/UI)
- Mobile responsiveness
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Support direct booking growth initiatives
SEO & GEO Optimization
- Develop and implement SEO strategies
- Optimize:
- Website content
- Blog articles
- Metadata
- Internal linking
- Local SEO
- Google Business Profiles
- Improve rankings for destination and hospitality-related searches
- Monitor organic traffic and search performance
- Utilize AI tools to improve SEO processes
Paid Advertising
- Manage advertising campaigns across:

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Retargeting Platforms
- Monitor:
- ROAS
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion Rates
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and occupancy needs
- Create monthly advertising performance reports
Social Media Management
- Oversee company social media channels
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate:
- Reels and short-form video content
- Property showcases
- Guest experience content
- Destination marketing
- Educational and promotional content
- Increase engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships
Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Support owner acquisition and lead generation efforts
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with:

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on marketing KPIs

Monthly Bonus Range: $100 to $1,000+ USD based on performance and company results.
