Cover Desk Mexico is hiring bilingual professionals who are dual U.S./Mexico citizens and currently live in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area.
This is a full-time, 100% work-from-home position supporting U.S.-based insurance agencies.
Position Details
Location: Remote – Monterrey Metropolitan Area only
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | Weekends off
Monthly Pay: MX$17,341.24–MX$18,307.21 before taxes
Languages: Advanced English and Spanish
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, candidates must:
- Be a dual U.S./Mexico citizen
- Have an active and valid U.S. Social Security Number
- Currently live in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area, Nuevo León
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 3 years of professional work experience
- Speak and write English at an advanced professional level
- Have stable home internet of at least 50 Mbps
- Have reliable electricity, a personal mobile phone, and a private home workspace
- Be comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients and customers
Experience in insurance, customer service, BPO/contact centers, or administrative support is preferred.
What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, you will support a U.S.-based insurance agency with customer service and administrative tasks, including:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Assisting with general customer service requests
- Transferring calls to licensed insurance agents when needed
- Updating customer information and documentation
- Completing administrative and back-office tasks
- Working in multiple systems and applications
- Communicating with U.S.-based clients and team members
Paid training is provided.
