POSITION OBJECTIVE
Hire a Industrial Engineer trainee that can facilitate the execution of the current GMS Quality Projects
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Establish a clear Quality Management System aligned with ISO certification including CRA and R155 cybersecurity requirements
Create and document the global processes according with cybersecurity mandatory requirements for manufacturing
Create and document the training plan according with the planned responsibilities inside QMS and manufacturing needs
Finalize the global and local documents including records aligned globally
Documentation of control plan for cybersecurity requirements agreed globally
STUDENT BENEFITS:
After the period of work with Quality GMS, the student will be able to do:
Site management for the company.
Follow up of projects related to product safety and cybersecurity.
Exposure for self development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
Availability to remain in the internship program for at least 6 months prior to graduation.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional and global teams.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently on assigned projects.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, process documentation, or continuous improvement methodologies is considered a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
