About the role
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a vital role in qualifying and scheduling initial consultations for the Firm.
This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to gather accurate information while demonstrating empathy and discretion.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in client-facing environments and can offer reassurance and clarity when individuals feel overwhelmed
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound/outbound calls/web submissions

Assisting prospective clients (leads) to qualify them during the intake process
Required Qualifications

Language skills, your own reliable PC, headset, and a speedy internet (at least 3MB/s).

Monthly compensation starts at $6 per hour (depends on experience, background), with a 40-45 hours per week workload.

Schedule flexibility and half-day Saturday rotation required

High school diploma required

Bachelor's degree (desirable)
