Position: Org Structure & Budget Sr Analyst
This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and monitoring the organization's structure and workforce budget, ensuring efficiency, control, and alignment with the company's business strategy. The role directly supports decision-making through data analysis, headcount management, and labor cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor the organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational needs.
Manage and control the workforce budget (headcount and labor costs), identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key organizational structure and workforce spending metrics.
Support headcount planning and forecasting, ensuring financial visibility and control.
Generate data-driven insights to support decision-making for leaders and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure consistency in organizational planning.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and standardization related to organizational structure and workforce budgeting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in headcount analysis, organizational design, or workforce budgeting.
Advanced Excel skills (required).
Experience with SAP HCM.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
