What you'll do
Support board- and system-level diagnostics, testing, and validation in a modern production environment.
Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing test stations to keep operations running smoothly.
Perform first-level debugging of hardware, collect diagnostic data, and document your findings.
Partner with engineering and operations teams on builds, testing, and continuous improvement.
Learn and follow technical documentation, work instructions, and quality standards.

What we're looking for
Recent graduate (2025–2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
Genuine passion for hardware, electronics, and hands-on technical work .
Foundational knowledge in areas such as circuits, embedded systems, PCB design, or lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.) — a big plus.
Curiosity, problem-solving drive, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on-site in the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
️ English is mandatory
This is a global, international role , so an intermediate-to-advanced level of English (spoken and written) is a firm requirement — you'll use it every day with cross-border teams.
