Accountabilities:

Executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.

Responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.

Interaction with the Service Desk and End users for basic user support issues relating to access fulfillment.

Understands basic technical concepts of Active Directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other Microsoft based productivity applications.

Exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms

Experience

Associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required.
