- Deliver engaging training programs on Sea Logistics processes and systems, helping teams perform at their best.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes and standardize best practices.
- Coordinate and manage the national training calendar, ensuring employees have access to the right learning opportunities.
- Support teams with system administration, user management, and training platforms to enable operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing and improve the overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sea Logistics or Freight Forwarding operations.
- Experience delivering training, coaching teams, or leading knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
