We are Local5x, a successful digital marketing agency with a beautiful ocean view office in Playas de Tijuana, Tijuana servicing US businesses with their digital marketing and marketing automation needs, mostly helping them grow and manage their web presence on a month to month basis.
We don’t like to work long hours or have endless, useless meetings, we believe in hard focused work where no time is wasted so we can get out of work and enjoy our private life.
We believe in using technology and needed tools to work smart, all of us work with a provided office setup of 4 screens and all the marketing, design and communication tools needed.
We don’t believe in micromanaging, bureaucracy or layers of bosses, we keep it simple making every team member responsible for their own work.
We have 20 years in the field and currently have a team of 5. Due to recent growth we need a new addition to the team, you will be the 6th team member.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Client Success Representative to join our growing team in Playas de Tijuana. This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours per week) — perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving problems, and helping businesses grow. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting existing accounts, and reaching out to new prospects to introduce them to our marketing solutions.
What You’ll Do
You will be in charge of client accounts, doing hands-on work in the areas of design, project management, content creation and marketing.
- Onboard new clients — guide small business owners through setup, ensuring they’re comfortable using their website, CRM, and marketing tools.
- Support and nurture existing customers — answer questions, provide updates, and help clients get the best results from our platform.
- Generate and close new business — reach out to local businesses, manage leads, and convert prospects into satisfied clients.
- Build long-term relationships — provide ongoing support and value that keeps clients engaged and growing with Local5x.
- Collaborate with our team — work closely with marketing and operations to improve client experience and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- You live in or near Playas de Tijuana and can work in the office full-time (Monday to Friday).
- Have a car to get to work
- Proven experience with web design, video editing, content creation, SEO, social media and Google Ads.

- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken (a must).
- Familiarity with online marketing, websites, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Friendly, professional, and confident in speaking with small business owners.
- Organized, dependable, and driven to hit goals and deliver great service.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or client onboarding is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask without constant supervision or praise.
- Ability to work hard in a team environment.
- Coachable and open to feedback, willing to follow processes and improve without drama.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate well with business owners in English via phone, online meeting and in written form
- Ability to create landing page design mockups in PhotoShop
- Ability to code mockups using html and CSS
- Ability to produce graphic design elements
- Ability to create web videos (think small video Ads and Tik Tok style videos)
- Ability to write website content with good English grammar
- Ability to optimize website content
- Ability to do link building
- Ability to create and run social media campaigns
- Ability to manage paid ad campaigns like Google Adowrds
- Ability to create monthly reports for the client projects
- Ability to do project management
- Ability to multi task and handle an intense work environment
- Ability to create and run social media posts for businesses
- Ability to use latest AI tools
- Experience with marketing automation software a plus.
