Summary
We’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst in Guadalajara, North (Rotating shifts) , reporting to the Business Systems Analyst Manager .
The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the first point of contact between the customer and IT. He will record the occurrence and solution of first-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of temporary solutions to failures in IT services in production lines while a permanent solution is implemented.:
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional and technical support for manufacturing systems.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and document incidents and solutions.
- Implement permanent solutions and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.
- Ensure availability and reliability of shop floor control systems.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex issues with vendors and service providers.
- Install, update, and maintain applications and software in production environments.
- Develop tools to improve manufacturing process efficiency.
- Perform proactive activities to prevent IT system disruptions.
- Lead the Manufacturing IT Support team during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate workload, priorities, and SLA compliance.
- Manage team performance, attendance, coaching, and development through Workday.
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
- Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adequate staffing and inventory levels to support daily operations.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Completed degree.
- Experience providing L2 and L3 support.
- Experience with databases.
- Experience with networks, operating systems, and servers.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Knowledge of software development.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to work rotating shifts (T1, T2 & T3).
