Responsible for leading and optimizing wire harness manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, operational efficiency, and financial objectives across the organization.
Key Competencies:
- Technical & Operational: Expertise in wire harness manufacturing (assembly, cutting, crimping, electrical testing, packaging), supply chain management (MRP, inventory, logistics), compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, financial management (analysis, budgeting, P&L, balance sheet), and enterprise management with focus on cash levers and business equation elements.
- Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership with strategic vision and tactical execution, resilience, teamwork, adaptability, emotional intelligence, management of multidisciplinary teams, talent development, accountability to performance metrics, and experience in union negotiations.
- Strategic & Business-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with focus on KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost), business vision aligned with corporate and customer objectives, project management (new product launches, line transfers, ramp-ups), digitization and Industry 4.0 innovation, and customer service orientation with negotiation skills.

Main Activities:
- Provide leadership for successful day-to-day operations.
- Establish and direct plant policies & procedures.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company guidelines.
- Monitor plant performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with quality teams to review product consistency and monitor scrap rates for improvement opportunities.
- Review production schedules to ensure inventory levels are met while maximizing efficiency.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
- Work closely with Environmental Health & Safety to ensure compliance and a safe workplace.
- Maintain inventory levels and control product flow across operations.
- Develop and execute plant manufacturing budgets.
- Remove production constraints, allocate resources, and direct employees to achieve established goals.
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems (Quality, Environmental).
- Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and performance measurements; allocate resources, review progress, and make mid-course corrections.
- Coordination with the sales department and client contact.
Sueldo: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 al mes
