We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to act as a Release Train Engineer, guiding large-scale Agile teams through complex projects while ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities

Serve as RTE for 17-20 teams (250-300 people) using Agile methodology and scrum practices

Facilitate PI Planning sessions

Raise, track, communicate and escalate risks
-
Maintain deep involvement in team's and project's day to day activities
-
Remove blockers and coach the team to eliminate impediments
-
Collect and report on metrics
-
Facilitate meetings and ensure their effectiveness
-
Manage scope and work closely with product owners to ensure backlog health
-
Manage stakeholders and their expectations
-
Ensure customer satisfaction
-
Resolve conflicts and issues as they occur
-
Support the scrum team in achieving higher levels of scrum maturity
-
Provide coaching and training to the team where needed

Maintain communication with various levels of stakeholders
Requirements
-
10+ years of prior experience as RTE managing 10+ teams with complex dependencies
-
Knowledge of and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Sense of ownership and responsibility as a team-player

Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Ability to adapt to changing environments

Self-motivation and ability to stay focused amid distraction

Ability to analyze and think quickly

Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings

Knowledge of techniques to fill in gaps in the Agile/Scrum framework

Experience with successful Agile techniques

Working knowledge of Jira

Proficiency in AI

Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)

Prior experience in financial services

Prior experience in a project or company that went through Agile transformation, with direct involvement in the process
