Position overview:
As an Incentive Administrator, you oversee the management of the agent bonus programs, collect and analyze relevant data, and ensure bonus payments align with established criteria for the accounts. You review and solve issues with bonus calculations in collaboration with the required stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
Collect data related to attendance and bonus eligibility, and performance metrics
Analyze performance data to determine bonus amounts and eligibility criteria
Verify bonus calculations and prepare reports to be processed for payment
Investigate and resolve any issues related to bonus payments, liaising with the relevant stakeholders

Expertise in data management tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic financial acumen
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in similar positions
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
B1+ oral and written English
