What this job is
- Owning hiring end to end: writing and managing job ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, taking interview notes, and running reference checks
- Onboarding new hires and offboarding departures cleanly
- Running payroll, and then making the payroll process better than you found it
- Writing, maintaining, and rolling out policies and procedures
- Process engineering — mapping how work actually gets done, then redesigning it so it works better
- Compliance across multiple states and clinic locations
- Retention: figuring out why people stay, why they leave, and doing something about it
- Participating in performance reviews, and leading some of them

- Monday - Friday
- Saturdays as needed.
