We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to support our real estate investment and asset management activities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real estate financial models and investment analyses.
- Analyze property performance, budgets, NOI, expenses, and returns.
- Track and analyze CapEx budgets and capital projects.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Analyze actual vs. budget performance and identify trends and opportunities.
- Organize and maintain financial and property-level data.
- Support acquisitions, underwriting, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, asset management, FP&A, or similar.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Solid understanding of real estate operations, performance, and CapEx.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
