Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the overall financial management of a dynamic international organization. This executive role requires a highly analytical, results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities, solid multinational financial expertise, and advanced English proficiency to interact effectively with global stakeholders and corporate leadership.
The Finance Director will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow optimization, liquidity planning, and working capital strategies.
- Ensure accurate preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS / US GAAP standards.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial controls, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership on business expansion, capital allocation, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor business performance through financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement across finance operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams across accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax, and internal controls.
- Report directly to senior global leadership and present financial performance to executive committees and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
- Fluent/Advanced English (mandatory) – capable of executive-level presentations, negotiations, and reporting.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in Director-level roles within multinational organizations.
- Proven track record managing complex international financial operations.
