Digital Product Delivery Manager
Work Mode: Full Remote
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivery Leadership & Execution
Lead execution of platform initiatives from planning through release.
Coordinate work across multiple agile teams supporting digital platforms.
Facilitate delivery planning activities, including sprint planning, release planning, and quarterly roadmap execution.
Monitor delivery progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Establish and maintain visibility into delivery commitments, milestones, and outcomes.
Agile Leadership & Team Effectiveness
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums and cross-team coordination activities.
Coach teams on agile planning, forecasting, estimation, flow management, and delivery predictability.
Partner with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and technical leaders to improve backlog flow and execution effectiveness.
Support retrospective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Program & Portfolio Coordination
Coordinate delivery efforts across Commerce, Search, Content, Personalization, and Operations initiatives.
Manage cross-platform dependencies and sequencing of work.
Support quarterly planning and roadmap execution processes.
Ensure alignment between delivery commitments, funding priorities, and team capacity.
Consolidate portfolio-level delivery reporting for leadership stakeholders.
Release & Operational Readiness
Lead release planning and readiness activities.
Coordinate go-live preparation, stakeholder communications, and deployment readiness.
Support platform upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, reliability improvements, and technical debt execution.
Partner with operational teams to improve stability, performance, and supportability of digital platforms.
Risk Management & Governance
Identify, communicate, and mitigate delivery risks.
Escalate issues requiring leadership intervention.
Support governance processes related to intake, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery commitments.
Ensure transparency through regular delivery metrics, status reporting, and executive communications.
Product Partnership
Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Analysts to ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into executable plans.
Balance innovation, enhancement, maintenance, compliance, and operational work across the portfolio.
Contribute delivery insights that support prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Maintain customer and business outcome focus throughout delivery lifecycle.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Program Management, Agile Delivery, or related leadership roles.
Experience leading delivery across multiple agile teams.
Experience working with digital products, web platforms, or enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management platforms.
Preferred
Experience in product-led organizations.
Experience partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering leaders.
Scrum Master, PMP, Agile Coach, or equivalent certifications.
Experience managing cross-functional technology portfolios.
Familiarity with modern digital experience platforms and global eCommerce ecosystems.
