As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, you play a critical role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that every person who reaches out to our firm feels heard, supported, and cared for. This position is responsible for handling new client inquiries, following up with leads, and helping qualified clients begin their journey with our firm.

- Have experience in legal intake, client services, sales, or customer service

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, web forms, text messages, and chat inquiries from potential clients
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to evaluate and qualify potential cases
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate lead tracking
- Open and manage new files in Lead Docket and Filevine
- Ensure all lead activity, contact attempts, and case information are documented accurately and timely
- Perform data quality and integrity checks to maintain accurate records
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and active listening to build trust with potential clients
- Escalate urgent or time-sensitive matters to the attorney on call when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all legal and ethical standards
- Uphold the firm's standards of excellence in every interaction, providing top-of-the-line hospitality and service

Schedule
This is a full-time position with general working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT Additional flexibility may be required based on client needs and lead volume.
