POSITION OBJECTIVE
Administrate human resources and strategies for problem solving and quality control plan execution.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Ensure & manage health and safety of the team
People administration (Hiring, payroll, incidences)
Support quality process Engineer
Manage quality system
Data Analysis, problem solving (Back orders, backtrack)
Manage the KPIs related to the position
Ensure control plan is executed on time
Contribute and support Quality NPD process
Indirect purchasing administration
Ensure happiness index of the team
Periodic performance evaluation on the team and professional development
Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team and internal customers
Develop and control aesthetic committees
Ensure BRPMs methodology application
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
SKILLS:
Quality System understanding
Project Management
Office
EHS basic knowledge
BRPMS Tools
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in: Industrial Engineering, among others.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
3 - 4 Years in: Quality
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or German is an advantage.
