We are seeking a Director-level AI Solution Architect to join our team.
This is a strategic and hands-on technology leadership role responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise software delivery transformation programs, with a focus on AI-assisted development practices, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering workflows. The role combines executive stakeholder engagement with deep technical execution across Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and software engineering best practices, while owning the end-to-end technical vision and remaining hands-on in critical architecture decisions, prototype development, and technical coaching.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic and hands-on technology leadership across enterprise software delivery transformation initiatives

Architect and deliver large-scale programs centered on AI-assisted development practices, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering workflows

Engage with executive stakeholders to shape technology direction and align delivery with business priorities

Drive deep technical execution across Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and industry-standard software engineering practices

Own the end-to-end technical vision, ensuring alignment between architecture, engineering practices, and business outcomes

Remain hands-on in critical architecture decisions, prototype development, and technical validation activities

Coach and mentor engineering teams and technical leads to elevate delivery capabilities and adoption of modern practices
Requirements
-
A minimum of 12 years of IT experience across software engineering and architecture domains

At least 8 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
-
Experience contributing to 10 or more projects, or a track record of launching 3 or more products or key product capabilities to the market

Proven ability to manage engagements involving teams of 70 or more FTEs, or engagements of smaller size with significant business impact

Hands-on expertise with AI-DLC (AI-driven Development Lifecycle) practices and their integration into enterprise workflows

Strong knowledge of Context Engineering for building effective, context-aware AI solutions

Practical experience applying GenAI for Systems Engineering Productivity to accelerate engineering delivery

Deep proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and enable AI-assisted development

English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently in executive and technical settings

Relevant industry certifications in cloud, architecture, or AI-related domains

Hands-on background in DevOps practices for streamlining continuous integration, delivery, and operations

Familiarity with Role-based Access Control (RBAC) for designing secure and compliant enterprise systems

Exposure to leading digital transformation initiatives across multi-region or highly regulated environments

Experience shaping technology strategy and innovation roadmaps at an organizational level
