Position: Full-Time lower Elementary English Teacher (Grades 1-3)
Start Date: Upcoming Academic Year

CADI is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and children-driven Lower Elementary English Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will help students transition from "learning to read" to "reading to learn," while building critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Inspire & Educate: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English Language lessons that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
-Foster Holistic Growth: Create a nurturing classroom culture that aligns with CADI’s mission of integral development—supporting students academically, socially, and spiritually.
-Differentiate Learning: Recognize and cater to diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels within the classroom.
-Assess & Track: Evaluate student progress through diverse assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
-Collaborate: Work closely with the elementary team, coordinators, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, English, Teofl/Tesol, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience teaching upper elementary or middle school language arts is highly preferred.
Language Mastery: Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
Heart for Ministry: A strong commitment to education and a desire to model positive values for young learners.
Skills: Excellent classroom management, strong communication skills, and a tech-savvy approach to modern classroom tools.
