Job Overview:
Join our team as an EDI Specialist and help ensure seamless data flow and operational excellence for our logistics partners. In this role, you’ll play a key part in updating, monitoring, and troubleshooting electronic data interchange (EDI) for shipments integrated with customer TMS platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and follow up on all shipments requiring EDI updates.
- Ensure correct use of status codes and clarify missing or incomplete information.
- Maintain high-performance metrics on customer scorecards.
- Support the launch of new customer accounts with EDI requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for TMS-related inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum 1 year of logistics and administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
