Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate II for Web Orders role requires someone who is motivated, experienced, and confident in their ability to deliver results. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering outcomes. The Customer Care Associate II builds upon foundational responsibilities by independently handling more complex inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and demonstrating sound judgment and ownership.
JOB DUTIES:
- Process and manage customer orders, monitoring progress to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Provide proactive communication to customers, branches, and vendors while supporting customer order reporting needs.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email and chat, gathering information and resolving routine order-related issues
- Address and resolve standard inquiries, demonstrating a working knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues that require additional coordination or review.
Contribute to the refinement of existing customer service processes by identifying areas for efficiency improvements or clarification.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality client support.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with the wholesale distribution industry, particularly in security, AV (audio/visual), and low-voltage products.
