- Manage the employee lifecycle.
- Advise leaders on labor matters and internal policies.
- Execute and improve recruitment processes (hourly, technical, and staff roles).
- Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies based on production needs.
- Propose improvements to sourcing strategies and talent attraction channels.
- Lead the execution of the annual training plan.
- Coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training (quality, safety, operational).
- Support performance evaluation processes and development plans.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO, local regulations).
- Ensure daily compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implement engagement and workplace climate initiatives.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and lead action plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between operations and HR.
- Track and analyze HR KPIs:
Provide insights and recommendations to operational leaders.
