About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is key to building strong financial processes, supporting operations, and helping leadership make smart, data-driven decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

Solid understanding of cost accounting and GAAP/ASPE
-
Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
-
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing is a plus
-
Knowledge of IMMEX, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001 is a bonus
-
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

Prepare and review monthly financials and reports

Manage the close process and keep everything accurate and timely

Analyze variances and provide clear insights to the team

Maintain and improve cost accounting processes

Track and explain material, labor, and overhead variances
-
Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities

Help design and implement scalable accounting processes

Support ERP improvements and automation initiatives

Strengthen internal controls without slowing the business down

Work closely with the Plant Manager and operations team
-
Help build KPIs and performance dashboards

Provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions

Support AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
-
Monitor budgets and track spending vs. plan
-
Assist with audits and ensure compliance
-
Manage fixed assets and cash-related processes
-
Support domestic and international payment reporting
-
