We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Engineer (Senior Automation & Control Engineer) to lead the design, development, integration, and commissioning of industrial automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, industrial communications, drives systems, and software development, supporting complex electrical and automation projects across industrial environments.

Design, develop, test, and commission automation systems based on PLC platforms (Siemens and other major brands).

Develop and implement SCADA and HMI applications for industrial process monitoring and control.

Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks and protocols.

Design, program, and commission AC and DC drive systems.
-
Integrate PLCs, drives, HMIs, databases, and third-party systems.

Develop desktop applications using Windows technologies, including Visual Studio, Visual Basic, and C#.

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server and Oracle databases.
-
Perform database administration tasks in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
-
Analyze and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&ID diagrams.

Ensure compliance with NEMA, IEC, and applicable industrial standards.

Support project execution throughout the complete lifecycle, including engineering, testing, commissioning, and startup.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
3-5 years of experience in:

PLC Programming (Siemens or equivalent platforms)

Industrial Communication Networks

SCADA and HMI development
-
AC and DC Drives systems
-
Industrial automation systems development
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical and Automation projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience in:

Windows application development (Visual Studio, Visual Basic, C#)

SQL Server and Oracle database development

Microsoft SQL Server database administration

Strong knowledge of Siemens automation solutions and equivalent technologies.

Experience with industrial communication protocols and network architectures.

Knowledge of software development patterns for Windows and Web platforms.

Experience integrating PLCs with drives and field devices.

Ability to troubleshoot automation, control, and communication systems.

Proficiency interpreting electrical, control, and P&ID documentation.

Familiarity with NEMA and IEC standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
