About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AWS Marketplace & Partnership Operations Specialist to support and optimize our AWS partnership operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and solution-driven — a true “investigator” mindset who is comfortable digging into issues, coordinating across multiple teams, and driving resolutions efficiently.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth marketplace operations, accurate pipeline management, and operational excellence across AWS-related processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Marketplace Transaction Support
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS Marketplace transactions and related processes
- Support finance teams in marketplace transaction processing and issue resolution
- Resolve transaction-related issues within 24 hours
- Prepare and distribute weekly transaction reports
- Coordinate daily with Marketplace submission teams to maintain offer hygiene
- Resolve post-transaction marketplace discrepancies and hygiene issues
- Maintain regular coordination with Workspan teams for Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketplace data hygiene
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Conduct weekly pipeline hygiene and accuracy checks
- Generate and maintain bi-weekly pipeline reports
- Ensure CRM data remains updated and accurate
- Collaborate with AWS Partner Engagement Managers (PEMs) to manage opportunities, pipeline follow-ups, and special quarter activities
- Maintain opportunity hygiene across Salesforce and Workspan systems
Billing & Financial Coordination
- Maintain regular cadence with billing teams to validate marketplace billing accuracy
- Review marketplace offers for billing irregularities
- Support cleanup and validation activities across Workspan and Salesforce platforms
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting related to AWS partnerships
AWS Operational Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AWS Marketplace-related operational issues
- Manage AWS opportunity audits and operational escalations
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with AWS partnership teams
- Prepare and distribute regular stakeholder updates and operational reports
Software Implementation & Process Improvement
- Support implementation and maintenance of software solutions related to AWS partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth software deployments
- Create and maintain quality testing procedures and testing schedules
- Conduct regular software maintenance and performance checks
- Assist in user training and adoption of AWS partner tools and software solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AWS Marketplace or similar B2B marketplace platforms preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience in B2B demand generation, SaaS operations, or IT/software industry preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
- Experience with software implementation, testing, and project coordination
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and IT infrastructure
- Strong documentation and process-mapping skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial reporting, billing validation, and compliance processes
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack

Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $515.00 - $604.00 per hour
