Dispatcher → Dispatch Shift Lead (English-Speaking)

We're not just hiring another dispatcher. We're looking for someone who can run the floor – a natural leader who takes ownership, keeps the team moving, and makes sure things get done. You'll start with hands-on training as a dispatcher, and once you've learned the job, you'll step up to lead the dispatch team on your shift, working directly with our Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians.
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the day and push every job to completion.
- Update customers and partner companies on job progress.
- Take charge: spot problems, solve them, and keep the team on track.
- After training, lead the dispatchers on your shift – coaching, daily performance, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- A leader by nature – you take initiative, hold people accountable, and don't wait to be told.
- Organized, decisive, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Available to work weekends (required).
- Experience leading a team, shift, or project is a big plus. Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
