In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Product Sales Specialist
Leading Japanese manufacturer and distributor of in-vitro diagnostics medical equipment is seeking a high-performing professional to join its commercial team in Mexico.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Bacteriology, or a related field
- Proven sales experience within the hematology segment
- Strong understanding of the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) market and key industry players
- Solid track record in product presentations, value-based selling, and deal closing
- Advanced level of spoken English
- Experienced with medical equipment distribuitors
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with distributors in sales and commercializaton of IVD electronical equipment
- Collaborate closely with distributors to plan and execute product demonstrations with end users, providing strong technical support to facilitate deal closure
- Contribute to the achievement of the IVD business unit objectives through the implementation of effective commercial and promotional strategies, driving sales growth and market share in Mexico
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Strengthen distributor relationships by understanding and addressing their needs, ensuring alignment with the company’s product portfolio and brand positioning
- Drive continuous growth in sales and market penetration
- Ensure a high level of post-sales support and customer satisfaction
