Responsibilities:
The main purpose of the role is to centralize and ensure US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Impact

Collect and analyze data related to employee performance such as: Volume of Tickets, SLA compliance, Accuracy of processing.

Analyze, Document, Audit and Validate payroll services:

Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.

Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Provide feedback to HR, Managers and Team Members regarding any identified issue.

Develop solutions (automation, training materials or resources) that provides better customer service.

Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements.

Education/Requirements

Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field

Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, Payroll, or a related field. Proficiency using tools and software such as Excel, SAP and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). UKG (Kronos) is a plus.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop talent, manage projects, and maintain a strong sense of urgency to effectively support payroll operations and achieve business objectives.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data driven insights to analysts and stakeholders. Fluent in English.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive Skills: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve operational processes and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform statistical and predictive analyses to generate meaningful business insights.
