We are looking for an Operations & Recruiting Support Coordinator who thrives on organization, precision, and efficiency. This isn't just an administrative role—it is the glue that holds our recruiting, marketing, and operations workflows together.
Note: Given our global footprint, the ability to communicate fluently and professionally is key; therefore, Advanced English is indispensable.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal support, ensuring our recruiting machine runs at peak performance. You will balance the art of crafting compelling job content with the science of data reporting and system maintenance. You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
- Internal Support: Manage incoming internal support requests and tickets from recruiting, sales, and operations teams.
- Job Board Management: Post and maintain jobs across external job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Branding & Content: Refine and format job descriptions to ensure consistency, branding alignment, and marketability.
- Outreach Support: Support management of InMail campaigns, outreach updates, and contact maintenance within external recruiting platforms.
- Data & Reporting: Pull and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational/recruiting reports for leadership and recruiting teams.
- System Integrity: Assist with data entry, tracking updates, and maintaining system accuracy across recruiting platforms.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate administrative and operational tasks to support team workflows and project execution.
- Communication: Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on internal requests.
- Process Improvement: Support ongoing process improvements and documentation efforts across recruiting operations.
- Vendor Liaison: Assist with vendor-related platform updates and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within ATS, CRM, job board, and reporting systems.
- Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, operations, or administrative functions preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience within staffing, recruiting, healthcare staffing, or talent acquisition environments.
- Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, PracticeMatch, or similar sourcing platforms.
- Exposure to ticketing systems, reporting dashboards, or workflow management platforms.
- Experience handling administrative support within fast-paced operational teams.
