The Regional Medical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating medical and health-related initiatives across the region. This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate health standards, promotes a culture of industrial health and safety, and supports employee well-being through proactive medical supervision and training.
YOUR ROLE
Ensure compliance with Social Security requirements, including Premium Risk management.
Develop, implement, and monitor Health Care Programs tailored to employee needs.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions related to occupational health and safety.
Manage and assess Occupational Exposure risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Promote and evaluate Ergonomics practices in the workplace.
Identify and address Psychosocial Risk Factors affecting employee health.
Supervise canteen hygiene and safety to ensure food service standards are met.
Oversee First Aid readiness and response across facilities.
Support and reinforce the Industrial Health & Safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment with legal regulations and corporate health policies.
Coordinate the procedures, activities and management of Medical Centers at Mexican plants.
YOUR BACKGROUNG
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Occupational Health, or related field.
Certification in Occupational Health or Safety (preferred).
Experience in industrial or corporate health environments.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor and health regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional health initiatives.
