Bilingual Call Center Agent (Mon–Fri | On-site )

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls following established scripts and company protocols.
- Identify the customer’s reason for contact and route or resolve inquiries appropriately.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system in a timely manner.
- Meet campaign conversion, performance, or retention goals.
- Follow company scripts, procedures, and policies at all times.
- Participate in coaching sessions, meetings, ongoing training programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
- Handle a minimum of seventy calls per day to meet operational goals.
What We’re Looking For
- English level B1–C2 (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (call center preferred; healthcare, sales, or retail also accepted)
- Basic computer skills + fast typing
- Good spelling and grammar (English & Spanish)
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask
