This position serves as the primary Account Management representative, responsible for handling all customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Administrator – Mexico oversees all interactions with customers, sales representatives, and distributors, ensuring efficient order processing, timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
This role is also responsible for understanding and applying all company ISO policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines to daily activities, ensuring full compliance with company standards. The Account Manager acts as a key liaison between customers and upper management.
