Radwell International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. As an Electronics Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering team in the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electronic components and systems. You will assist in diagnosing faults in PLCs, servo drives, circuit boards, and other electronic assemblies. You will also contribute to documentation efforts, including creating and updating technical reports, schematics, and repair logs. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
The intern will participate in the evaluation and inspection of incoming electronic components, assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures, and support the team in maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment. You will also have the opportunity to engage with inventory management systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from MXN 10,000.00 to MXN 10,500.00, with no per diem included. The role is based on-site at our Santiago de Querétaro facility and requires full-time commitment throughout the one-year duration of the internship.

Required Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of electronics and circuit theory
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams
- Basic understanding of PLCs, servo drives, and industrial automation components
- Proficiency in using electronic testing and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
- Familiarity with PCB inspection and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic knowledge of soldering and electronic component replacement

Required Experience
- Less than 1 year of professional experience required, making this role ideal for recent graduates or final-year students
- Academic background in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field from a 4-year accredited university program
- Hands-on experience with electronics through academic projects, laboratory coursework, or personal projects is highly desirable
- Exposure to industrial automation components such as PLCs, HMIs, or variable frequency drives through coursework or internships is a plus
- Experience using electronic testing equipment in an academic or laboratory setting
- Any prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing, electronics repair, or industrial environment will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to document technical findings and prepare basic engineering reports
- Participation in engineering clubs, competitions, or capstone projects that demonstrate practical application of electronics knowledge
