Our clients include excavation companies, landscapers, roofers, plumbers, demolition contractors, construction companies, and other local service businesses.
We’re growing and looking for a reliable, technically capable person to take ownership of new client implementations and become the ongoing technical point of contact for the clients they onboard.
The Role
When a new MoreJobs.ai client signs up, their onboarding call will typically be scheduled approximately 7–9 days later.
You’ll be responsible for building and configuring their system before that call, conducting the client onboarding call, launching their account, and providing ongoing technical support afterward.
A smooth client implementation will generally take approximately 2–3 hours of hands-on build time, with an average build taking around 3 hours once you’re familiar with our systems and processes.
We already have the core systems, snapshots, workflows, and processes built. You will not be starting every client from scratch.
The goal is to take our existing system, customize it correctly for each new business, test everything, and make sure the client has a professional and smooth launch.
What You’ll Be Doing
For each new client, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as:
- Creating their GoHighLevel sub-account
- Installing the MoreJobs.ai snapshot
- Configuring custom values and client-specific information
- Updating custom fields, workflows, forms, calendars, pipelines, phone numbers, emails, and other account settings
- Building and customizing the client’s website using AI website-building tools and GoHighLevel
- Updating the website with the client’s branding, services, service areas, photos, reviews, contact information, and business details
- Optimizing website content for basic local SEO
- Configuring domains and DNS records
- Working with Cloudflare or other DNS providers when necessary
- Communicating with clients to obtain domain, DNS, website, Google, or other account access when needed
- Setting up AI chatbots and conversational AI
- Configuring automated lead follow-up
- Setting up missed-call text-back
- Configuring appointment booking systems and calendars
- Connecting forms, automations, workflows, SMS, email, and other systems
- Testing the complete client journey before launch
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Conducting client onboarding calls in English
- Walking clients through their website, CRM, mobile app, AI systems, and other MoreJobs.ai features
- Making reasonable website and system edits requested by the client
- Providing ongoing technical support for the clients you onboard
Once you onboard a client, you will essentially become their Customer Success Manager and technical point of contact within MoreJobs.ai.
Clients may contact you when they need an edit, have a technical question, need help using their system, or need something adjusted.
Compensation
This is a freelance / independent contractor position and is not paid hourly.
You will receive:
$50 USD for every completed new client implementation/build.
A standard build will generally require approximately 3–4 hours, with an average of around 3 hours once you understand our process.
In addition, you will receive:
$10 USD per month recurring commission for every client you personally onboard, for as long as that client remains an active MoreJobs.ai customer.
This means your recurring monthly income can continue growing as you onboard more clients.
For example:
25 active clients = $250 USD/month recurring commission
50 active clients = $500 USD/month recurring commission
75 active clients = $750 USD/month recurring commission
100 active clients = $1,000 USD/month recurring commission
This recurring commission is paid in addition to the $50 USD you receive for each new client build.
The idea is simple: as MoreJobs.ai grows and you successfully onboard more clients, you build your own portfolio of recurring monthly commissions.
Someone who consistently works with us and helps us grow could potentially build a significant recurring monthly income on top of their new-client implementation payments.
Who We’re Looking For
This position requires someone who is both technically capable and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Extremely reliable and consistent
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Able to manage multiple client implementations at the same time
- Comfortable working toward deadlines
- Someone who does not need to be constantly reminded or followed up with
- Comfortable taking ownership of a project from beginning to completion
- Good at troubleshooting and figuring things out independently
- Comfortable communicating directly with business owners
- Confident conducting Zoom or Google Meet calls in English
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Comfortable requesting passwords, DNS access, domain access, Google access, or other information from clients when necessary
- Responsive when one of their clients needs assistance
- Interested in building a long-term position as MoreJobs.ai grows
Strong written and spoken English is required.
Technical Experience
Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred.

You do not need to be a software developer.
We’re looking for someone who understands technology, learns quickly, can follow systems and processes, and is comfortable figuring things out when something doesn’t work as expected.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be successful in this position when:
- New client builds are completed before their scheduled onboarding call
- The average implementation is completed efficiently within approximately 2–3 hours
- Client information is entered accurately
- Websites look professional and accurately represent the client’s business
- Domains and DNS are configured correctly
- Automations are tested before launch
- AI systems are working correctly
- Clients have a smooth and professional onboarding experience
- Technical questions are answered quickly
- Client requests and edits are handled reliably
- Deadlines are consistently met
- Clients are happy with the service and continue using MoreJobs.ai
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership.
When a client is assigned to you, we want you to be able to take that client from signup to launch without needing someone to constantly check whether everything has been completed.
