- Keep purchase orders updated.
- Expedite and defer material based on current demand.
- Give the appropriated feedback about shortage material in reports as showstopper report and materials binnacle.
- Follow up and ensure the delivery of shortage material in production line.
- Review material in consignment and with Kanban level.
- Review obsolete and slow-moving inventory for disposal.
- Review discrepancies with material and prices (buyer exception report).
- Following up to quality recalls, create debit memos and confirm disposal with supplier
- Following up material for first article inspection (FAI).
- Obtaining quality certificates for the applicable products.
- Provide complete information and documentation for the import of raw materials.
- Coordination of shipments of raw materials and/or packaging materials from Franklin.
- Meet the quality objectives of the position and support the company's strategic goals.
- Comply with the quality system guidelines.
- Conduct your work with quality, meeting the required standards.
- Must keep the company's tools and equipment in good condition, clean, and safe to work.
- Participation in the company's continuous improvement projects.
