Responsibilities:
Join our Supply Chain team as a Raw Materials Planning Jr Manager and play a key role in ensuring we always have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.
In this role, you will lead planning efforts across raw materials and finished products for the SoCo region in LATAM. You’ll work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to balance supply, demand, and inventory while keeping operations efficient and customer-focused.

Your Impact

Lead the materials planning team and ensure smooth execution of short-term supply plans.

Make sure raw materials and finished goods are available on time to support production and customer demand.

Optimize inventory levels across the network while balancing cost and service levels.

Collaborate closely with procurement teams to define sourcing strategies and find supply solutions.

Partner with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery plans and strong performance.

Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouses, and logistics teams to align supply and distribution plans.

Monitor daily and weekly supply plans, adjusting when needed to respond to changes or risks.

Align demand forecasts with supply and inventory strategies, especially during peak seasons.

Drive improvements in supplier performance, inventory health, and waste reductionUse planning systems and data to build efficient and reliable distribution plans.

Track key performance indicators related to service, inventory, and executionLead cross-functional collaboration to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Advanced English (written and spoken)-
4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or materials management

Knowledge of raw materials planning, supply flows, and inventory management across manufacturing or distribution environments

Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP) or similar supply chain tools(desired)

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, scenario handling)(desired)

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams

Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple prioritiesResults-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
