Position : Yardi Accountant
Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST
Salary Range :$1500-$1800 USD Monthly
(the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Yardi Accountant to join our remote accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Yardi software, strong attention to detail, and a background in real estate or property management accounting. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account for all deposits and withdrawals in Yardi
- Manage utility accounts and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Support month-end close activities and prepare financial reports
- Maintain thorough and accurate accounting records and documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team on ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Requirements:
- Applicants must be located in Mexico, Ecuador and Peru
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
- 2+ years of strong proficiency with Yardi accounting software
- Bilingual: Fluency in English / Spanish | Written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual skills
