Customer Service Representative – North America Clients
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our North America accounts.
Important: This position requires advanced English (spoken and written). Applications without strong English skills will not be considered.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced / business-level English (mandatory)
- Proven experience in customer service
- Experience handling and placing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple orders
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on customer accounts (North America region)
- Process and monitor purchase orders
- Coordinate internally to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle and resolve customer issues
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
