yesVIRTUAL is hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant to support a rapidly growing property management company in the United States. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating with property owners and investors.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Client Communication
- Respond quickly to incoming owner inquiries
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective property owners
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads via phone, email, and text
- Schedule appointments and property consultations
- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information
- Assist with onboarding new property management clients
- Support client relationship-building and lead conversion efforts
Marketing & Content Support
- Create and schedule social media content in English
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Help develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Support brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms
- Assist with email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage files, systems, and workflows efficiently
- Work within platforms such as AppFolio, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, and CRM tools
- Support leadership with operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident making outbound calls and follow-ups
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Experience with social media and video editing tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Property management or real estate experience preferred
- Familiarity with Canva, CRMs, and productivity tools is a plus
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Must be available during EST business hours
