We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. This includes designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain a robust network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points from various vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet).

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux environments) ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Proactively monitor and analyze network and server performance, availability, and utilization. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, latency issues, and other performance degradations to optimize system efficiency.

Implement and manage comprehensive security measures across both network and server environments, including firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, access control lists (ACLs), and vulnerability management to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Participate in assigned IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, server and network implementations, hardware refreshes, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
