Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar).

5-8 years of demonstrated experience delivering culture/engagement, internal communications, employee experience, or program operations work

Strong project/program management: planning, sequencing, stakeholder coordination, risk/issue management, follow-through.

Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive-ready presentation development.

Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills; comfort working across time zones as needed

Work Location: Mexico City – Santa Fe.
Hybrid model with a minimum in-office requirement of at least 10 (ten) days per month.
