Job Summary
Performs routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment. Ensures machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on workstations as required. with procedures, established guidelines and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) regulations. • Repair of production area assembly equipment. • Provide support to production lines in assembly areas. • Collaborate in the implementation of new processes or products. • Define causes of line stoppage defects and implement corrective and preventive actions, or, if applicable, call the corresponding department. • Analysis and repair of equipment and tools, as well as inventory maintenance.
Critical Experiences
• Technical career (mechatronics technician, industrial maintenance, automation or similar) • + 2 years of experience Manufacturing • Support production lines (high mix), electronic, semi-automatic. • Production line setup changes. Maintenance • Experience in preventive, corrective and TPM maintenance. • Repair of equipment and tools. • Knowledge of process control systems
