Customer Service Representative

What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.
Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.
Develop expertise in The Home Depots products, services, and policies.
Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
English Proficiency: C1 level required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.
Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, School Diploma (or equivalent)
What We Offer:
Salary: $14,000 MXN/month
WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month
Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)
- Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)
